Pulse Jet Cleaning- Offers excellent filtration efficiency and ease of installation and operation. Top entry units can be supplied with a walk-in clean air plenum design providing protection during inclement weather or lift-off roof doors when "confined space" is a concern due to the product/dust being handled. In either design snap band style filter bags are offered which requires no tools for change-out and provides a dust tight seal at the tubesheet junction. Typically, units are provided to handle all gas volumes from 50 to 250,000 CFM.

Shake-Cleaning Bag Houses- If compressed air is not available for bag cleaning or in situations where intermittent cleaning of filter bags can be achieved when system air flow is disrupted/diverted, we provide a shaker style baghouse. Continuous cleaning can be achieved by sectionalizing the baghouse and allowing one compartment at a time to be taken out of service while the other units continue to function. Units from 250-150,000 CFM are available.
