Aeration Bin Bottom- Aeration bin bottoms are used to promote consistent product withdrawal from large-diameter flat- or conical-bottom storage silos. It does this by passing low-pressure air through a porous membrane media and into the bed of the material being handled. The low-pressure air is then passed up through the material in the silo, giving it a highly fluid property.

Aeration Conveyor (Air Slide)- This product gravity-conveys powders by passing low-pressure air through a porous membrane media and into the bed of the material being handled. The absence of moving parts, low power requirements, and capability to move a large variety of materials make Aeration Conveyors ideal for many applications.

Aeration Lump Tray- Ideal for handling material with lumps or other potential foreign materials. The lump trap eliminates large lumps by creating a gravity air trap inline with an aeration conveyor. Product compatibility tests are availible for you to determine the optimum conveying angles and aeration volumes for your application.

Aeration Trough- Aeration troughs are used to promote consistent product withdrawal from large-diameter flat- or conical-bottom storage silos. It works by passing low-pressure air through a porous membrane media and into the bed of the material being handled. A wide selection of troughs are availible and the minimal power and slope requirements make this an ideal solution to your product flow problems.

Aeration Rotary Throttle Valve- Rotary throttle valves offer you excellent control over material flow while air gravity (air slide) conveying. The valve uses a rotary parabolic blade that allows for a low-profile design delivering precise flow control. Precision positioning is availible through 4-20 mA positioning.
