SmartLoader-​ Features a patented vision system that scans the top of the vehicle. It automatically locates, measures and qualifies any open hatch or series of hatches. The multi-speed positioner provides a fast scanning speed to minimize loading cycle times. A unique positioning arm is used to move the loading spout within a designed loading area. The Smart Loader can cover an area of 60 feet by 6 feet (360 sq ft).

Articulating Positioning Arm- Designed to decrease loading times, the Articulating Positioning Arm can move 60 feet by 6 feet, giving a total loading area of 360 sq ft. Conveying arms can be provided as aeration conveyor, en masse and screw conveyor configurations.

Dual Direction Loading Spout Positioner- Dual direction positioners move standard duty loading spouts horizontally in the X and Y axes to load trucks or railcars. Can move 6 feet by 2 feet (12 sq feet).

Rotary Loading Spout Positioner- Rotary positioners are used to move standard duty loading spouts horizontally in a radial axis when loading trucks or railcars. Range from covering a 4 foot diameter area to a 12 foot diameter area.

Single Direction Loading Spout Positioner- Single direction positioners move standard duty loading spouts horizontally in the X axis to load trucks or railcars. Has a range of 2 to 6 feet.
